Hayes Labs LLC ("we") runs Filmsilk. Filmsilk is built to collect as little as possible.
Your photos and videos stay on your device
When you use the Fitting Room or Studio, your images, clips, and reference stills are processed entirely in your browser using WebGL. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Closing the page discards them.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects your payment details and email under its privacy policy. We receive the order details Stripe provides to sellers, such as your name, email, amount, product, and any discount code used, and we use them only to provide the Product, support, and refunds, and for our tax and accounting records.
No tracking
Our pages don't use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Children
Filmsilk isn't directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the order information we hold by emailing christian@hayeslabs.io. Records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records, may be retained.
